I was literally only staying for one night as a stopover before travelling on to meet my partner in Canada. Arrived at the airport to find that my roaming was on the fritz so could not call to arrange the airport shuttle as advised. I was panicking slightly but after messaging the hotel they put my mind at ease and directed me to who to look out for and a rough eta for the driver. Received a lovely welcome at the hotel and was given a choice of floors - I told the woman on the desk that I needed to get some shut eye before an early flight and she promptly found me a quiet room on an upper floor where I would be unlikely to be disturbed by other guests. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotlessly clean. I did not really make use of the amenities but would definitely stay there again. Situated in an industrial area but no noise from airport or freeway could be heard.

Easy, close location to DTW airport. Once you arrive go to "GROUND TRANSPORTATION" at the airport. It's basically going OUT where the "CHECK IN" area is IN the airport. Go UP the escalator and ACROSS the SKY BRIDGE. Once you cross the SKY BRIDGE there's an ELEVATOR to the left you can take to the 1st floor or take the escalator down to the 1st floor. Once on the 1ST floor you are about to go outside. There's STALLS "right side is 6 to 10" and the left side is "STALLS 1 TO 5" OUTSIDE the airport. You want to go LEFT (STALLS 1 TO 5) and their will be a lot of PARKING SHUTTLES etc. You are looking for the white "GATEWAY" shuttle bus. You will be sitting around for a while so make sure you ask OTHERWISE YOU'LL be sitting around for a while. Hotel is 5 minutes away. Breakfast was Good. Staff was helpful. Rooms and Showers were good. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!

I was pleasantly surprised! It's an excellent value for what you're getting. The staff at the front desk was both fast and friendly. There was a surge of people who came in at once and she made quick work of getting everyone checked in and with a friendly smile and demeanor to boot! My room was very clean, spacious, and my bed was very comfy! At check-out the next morning, I had a hot breakfast with a variety to choose from, including some tasty sausage links. I'm overall very pleased with my stay and will return. Thank you to the staff for your service! You made my stay memorable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and informative. Free airport shuttle was a huge perk. We were informed at check in that the Shuttle runs every half hour so please arrive 10 mins early because it does need dispatched. We did and it arrived on time and was at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Front desk gave us some pamphlets of places that deliver good right to the room. Ordered some food and it was great.

The room was clean & comfy - a bit worn but fine. The breakfast was nice & all the staff were exceptional- very friendly, kund & helpful with all requests. Shuttle service was excellent- arrived writhing a minute of being called at both ends. Thank you! They were all very accommodating to my doggie!
